Essay (on separate page): Please describe the most significant community or charitable service project that you have participated in during your high school years. Describe the project and your role in it. Additional insight may be provided as to why you believe you should be considered for a scholarship – suggestions are to include any challenges or obstacles you have overcome and how these have shaped your post-secondary goals, and how a scholarship will help you meet them.
Suggested additional documents to attach: recommendations from school staff, employers, community members, etc.
